Founder
I know what a well-run large organisation looks like. Amanstra brings that discipline to founder-led businesses, without the bureaucracy.
Amir spent 27 years at Barclays, Bank of America and Dell before founding Amanstra. He holds a Doctorate in Quality Management and is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
He is a TEDx speaker, a LinkedIn Top Voice, the author of four books, and an angel investor through Venture Catalysts.

A leader in running technology operations and shared-service centres, with 28 years across IT and IT-enabled services. He has designed how banking operations in Europe and North America are organised, and set up continuous-improvement programmes. Certified in data science, process improvement and project management.
Pratheesh Nair
Operational Excellence
Ex-Barclays · Cochin
23+ years in enterprise transformation and operational excellence. A former Vice President at Barclays, he has led transformation across banking, finance, risk, HR and data operations. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Cardiff-accredited Lean Coach and PMP.

25 years in data privacy, data governance and AI-driven data solutions across Europe, the Middle East and Asia. He has delivered large data-protection and regulatory-compliance programmes, including GDPR, and built AI-based approaches to privacy compliance.
