Privacy policy
What this site collects
This website has no accounts and no tracking or advertising cookies. It has one contact form, where you can leave your name and phone number so that we can call you. Filling it in is your choice. We keep one small setting in your browser, your choice of day or night mode, so the site looks the way you left it. It never leaves your device.
When you contact us
If you start a conversation, you do it through the contact form, WhatsApp or email. The form is handled by Netlify, our host, which passes your message to us. We then receive the details you choose to send us, such as your name, your phone number or email address, and what you want to talk about. We use them only to reply, to understand how we can help, and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell your details or share them for advertising.
Services we use
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. Some links take you to other services: WhatsApp, YouTube (The Grey Space), Kit (The Grey Space Journal) and LinkedIn. Each has its own privacy policy, and we do not control them. Our website is hosted on Netlify, which keeps standard server logs.
How long we keep your details
We keep the details you send us for as long as we are in conversation with you, and for a reasonable time afterwards for our records or where the law requires. After that we delete them.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent for us to use it. Write to us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

This site is provided for general information about Amanstra Consulting Pvt Ltd and its work. It is not professional advice for your particular business. Nothing on it creates a client relationship. That begins only when we agree an engagement with you in writing.
Case studies and results
The case studies describe real work, with client details removed. Those marked "Earlier career" were led by Amir Nair before he founded Amanstra, and were not Amanstra engagements. The results shown are what those businesses achieved in their own circumstances. They are not a promise of what your business will achieve.

The text, design, diagrams and the Amanstra name and logo belong to Amanstra Consulting Pvt Ltd. You may share links to this site and quote short extracts with credit. Please ask us before you copy or reuse anything more.

We link to other websites and services. We are not responsible for what they contain or how they handle your information.
Changes and governing law
We may update this site and these terms from time to time, and the date at the top of this page shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Chennai have jurisdiction.
Complaints policy
If we have let you down, we want to know, and we want to put it right.
How to complain
Write to admin@amanstra.net, or send us a message on WhatsApp, and say what happened and what you would like us to do. You can complain about our work, our people, or how we handled your information.
What happens next
- We acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days.
- A senior person who was not involved looks into it, and the Founder and CEO is told of every complaint.
- We reply with what we found and what we will do, normally within 15 working days. If it will take longer, we tell you why and when to expect an answer.
If you are still not satisfied
Ask for the Founder and CEO to review the decision. If you remain unhappy, you can take the matter to the courts or other bodies available to you under Indian law.
