The situation
A digital health company needed business process automation and a clearer view of procurement.
What we did
- Built Power BI dashboards that pull data from several enterprise systems to track supplier performance, purchase orders, expenditure, lead times and on-time delivery.
- Built a financial reconciliation solution with Power Automate, SharePoint and Excel Online, to classify bank transactions, update the cashbook and map to the general ledger automatically.
The result
- One view of supplier performance, purchase orders, spend, lead times and on-time delivery.
- Less manual processing, and less dependence on Excel macros.
